The information, software, data, databases, documentation, logos, services, trademarks, artwork, text, videos, audio recordings, pictures and other materials ("Materials") on this website are copyrighted and protected by worldwide copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and treaty provisions. Except as expressly provided herein, the Materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Fonecta's prior written permission. Material may not be used to create other works or services nor may it be used as part of other works or services. Fonecta and/or its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to users on the basis of any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information. Other rights may be granted to users by Fonecta in writing or incorporated elsewhere in the Materials. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Fonecta and/or its suppliers.
The creation of direct links to search result pages of map and route searches and map images without prior permission given by Fonecta is forbidden. However, users have the right to include a technically generated map application code for Fonecta™s 02.fi service on their websites, which can be used to show a particular address on a map. If users introduce such a code, it must be used without alteration. Users may download one copy of the Materials found on Fonecta sites onto a single computer or portable device for personal, non-commercial internal use only, unless specifically licensed to do otherwise by Fonecta in writing or on the basis of the license terms and conditions which accompany, or are provided with, individual Materials. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the following restrictions: users may not: (a) modify the Materials or use them for direct marketing targeted at individuals or for any other commercial purpose, or for any public display, performance, sale or rental purposes; (b) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble software Materials; (c) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Materials; (d) transfer the Materials to another person; (e) transfer any Material containing personal data to countries where privacy protection is not at the level required under EU data protection legislation. Users agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials. The use of personal information is governed by Fonecta's privacy principles (in Finnish only).
The Materials are warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the license agreement. Except as expressly permitted in the license agreement, the Materials are provided "as is" without any implied warranty of any kind, such as warranties of saleability, non-infringement of intellectual property rights, or fitness for any particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Fonecta or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Materials, even if Fonecta has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Fonecta and its suppliers do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within these Materials. Fonecta may make changes to these Materials, or to the products described therein, at any time without notice. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, Fonecta makes no general commitment to update the Materials.
With respect to its online services, Fonecta Oy is a service provider as referred to in the Act on the Provision of Information Society Services (458/2002). As concerns feedback given and other content drafted or posted by users, Fonecta merely provides a technical platform. Fonecta does not alter or screen messages from users. The users themselves are responsible for ensuring that the feedback they give and the content they draft or post is not in violation of any laws or good practices. Fonecta has the right, but not the obligation, to delete feedback given and content posted by users.
If any material in breach of copyright or related rights or otherwise contrary to the law is posted on the service, notification can be made this by sending an e-mail info[at]fonecta.com. In accordance with the law, the notification must specify 1) the name and contact details of the person making the notification; 2) the material that the request to prevent access concerns, and account of where the material is located; 3) an assurance from the person making the notification that the material that the claim concerns is, according to the person’s sincere understanding, available contrary to the law on the communication network; 4) information that the person making the notification has, without any results, presented his or her claim to the producer of the content or that the it has not been possible to identify the producer of the content; 5) the assurance of the person making the notification that he or she is the holder of the copyright or related rights or entitled to act on behalf of the holder of the rights; 6) the signature of the person making the notification.

Any action related to this Legal Notice will be governed by the Finnish law.
